If you put any remedies in your shopping cart and then decide that you don't want them, you can remove them at any time or simply leave the store. Making a purchase onlineTo make a purchase, visit the 'GEMMO STORE' section of the site, click on the remedies that you wish to order and choose the quantity. Then add them to the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Order'. You will then be asked for your payment details so that we can complete your purchase. Once this is done, you will receive an automated email response confirming that your order is being processed. We aim to keep a full range of remedies in stock at all times. If any of your remedies are not in stock, we will proceed with you order and send you the other remedies as soon as possible. We will email you to let you know how long the remainder of your order should take to reach you, and give you the option to cancel if you'd rather not wait. Credit and debit cardsYou can pay with any major credit or debit card, including Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Maestro, Delta and Solo. All prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP). Telephone and mail orderIf at any time you would prefer to speak to a real person, or you want to discuss your order, please call us on 01225 742 223. Our office hours are 9:00am to 5:30pm UK time Monday to Friday. There will usually be someone available to answer your call between these times. We accept payment by cheque and postal order as well as by credit or debit card. Cheques and postal orders should be in pounds sterling and made out to SPREMA Gemmotherapy Ltd. Orders paid for by cheque will be sent out as soon as the cheque has cleared. SecurityAll our online transactions are processed independently by PayPal, the leading provider of credit card acceptance facilities on the internet. During the transaction, you will see on-screen confirmation that your connection is secure. We do not hold your credit or debit card details on any part of our site. All our security standards are based on the Code of Practice for Information Security Management (BS7799). Our procedures are reviewed regularly and any changes to the system are made in a secure way. Shipping and handlingAll prices shown are now inclusive of postage, packing and UK VAT where applicable. The price you see is the final price you will be asked to pay. To reduce costs and expedite delivery, we split large orders into packages of 10 or so bottles each, so they can go out as 'Small Packets' rather than as 'Parcels'. There is no minimum order charge. Goods ordered by 1pm should arrive on the next working day. Deliveries may require a signature upon receipt. Please ensure that the delivery address is one at which someone will be present to receive the consignment for instance, it could be your place of work rather than your home. For this reason, we are unable to ship to PO Box addresses. VATAll prices include VAT at 15%. Returns and refundsAll remedies have a fourteen day money back guarantee. If for any reason you would like to change your mind about your order, please return the remedies to us unopened at the above address within fourteen days of receiving them for a no-questions refund. Please note that we cannot refund postage and packing charges. Your statutory rights are not affected. Returned bottles will not be resold to any other customer and will be disposed of separately. In the event of your goods arriving in a damaged or faulty condition, we will replace them immediately. Please let us know as soon as possible if you are not 100% satisfied with the remedies you receive from us. Cancelling your orderUK Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations allow you to cancel your contract within seven working days from receipt of goods, as long as they have not been opened. To cancel an order please contact us with the order number and your instruction to cancel. If your order has already been despatched, you must return it to us. We will refund the purchase price and original delivery charge as soon as possible, and in any case within fourteen days after we receive your notification.
